As the business manager for London South, I manage day to day operations of a number of car parks across our capital. When I first joined the company, I naively thought ‘Parking, how much can there be to it?’ It turns out there is a lot that goes on behind the scenes to make the customer experience a smooth and seamless one. I love the people I work with – my staff are ace. The level of trust and autonomy we give our employees is very high, the relationship of trust between myself and my staff is very strong and I know they will always give 100% to the company.
